How do I place an order?

To place an order, head to our Contact page and fill out your details. We'll set you up on our ordering platform (an easy to use app) and you're ready to go!

What are your delivery days?

Our team of drivers are on the road from Joondalup down to Success, 7 days a week. We deliver further south to the Rockingham/Mandurah area on Mondays and Fridays.

What time can I expect my delivery?

We strive to get our deliveries completed between 9am and 3pm.

Earlier delivery time can be accommodated at special request. Sometimes traffic and other life happenings can cause delays, so feel free to get in touch if your order is not with you by 3pm and we'll keep you up to date.

Can I order if I'm not a hospitality venue?

Citrus WA focuses on supplying hospitality venues across Perth. However, if you're a retail customer, feel free to get in touch and we may be able to make a delivery for a minimum order price.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver all across the Perth region - north to Joondalup, east to Kalamunda and south to Mandurah.

Can I pick up my order from Citrus WA HQ?

The home of Citrus WA is in a private market that only authorised individuals can access. This means we currently only offer delivery. But with our 7 days a week delivery schedule, we're certain we can get to you in good time!

Is Citrus WA HACCP Certified?

Citrus WA is fully HACCP certified. Please get in touch to request proof of certificate.

What products and services do you do?

A list of our products and services can be found here, but just to name a few: Whole and processed fruit and vegetables, daily fresh-pressed juices, dehydrated fruit, flowers, syrups, barware, dry goods, eggs and dairy. Anything you need for your hospitality bar or kitchen, we can source.
